Feedback is an integral aspect of organizational communication, which in turn is instrumental to successful management. With customized visibility features, AppLoud- a collaborative tool for sharing, receiving and profiling smart and concise feedback- helps you delight your coworkers by enabling teams to share meaningful feedback in an effective manner.

A collaborative tool empowering teams to recognize and appreciate the contributions of team members in the simplest way, this Atlassian Addon enables team members to highlight praises on individual AppLoud profiles, display their feedbacks to select viewers and make the most of in-built reports for better performance.
Next, recipients of the feedback can then share the same with their manager and teammates, highlight it to select viewers, or simply keep it to themselves!
Who Can See Your Feedback on AppLoud?
Flaunt the praises others have showered upon you by categorizing your feedback as ‘public’, or share it with your preferred coworkers – YOU call the shots here. Additionally, a specific feedback which is visible to everyone can also be hidden from the user it is meant for.
Who Can Use AppLoud?
The app is easily available alongside your Jira / Jira Service Management ticket screen. If your administrator has installed AppLoud on your instance, you should be able to see the ‘Open AppLoud’ button under the AppLoud section in the side panel.
How Does AppLoud Activity Log Work?
Public Feedbacks: Only public feedbacks on individual issues can be seen on your profile when others visit the AppLoud Feedback section under the activity log.
Private Feedbacks: Other team members will be able to see the private feedbacks on your issue only if they are the sender of that specific feedback, or if you’ve shared it with them.
You can access your AppLoud profile through the ‘Apps’ tab on the menu bar. This features a small dashboard of your activities, including the number of feedbacks you've shared and received over the past 6 months.
The Featured Feedbacks tab is designed to showcase the best feedbacks you have received, so feel free to arrange it as per your preference. Add up to 10 feedbacks, and rearrange (through drag and drop) as you wish to display them.
