JiraCon22 is developing big time, with big names

It’s mid July, and JiraCon22 is developing beautifully. Let me share a few of the big things happening…

We’ve got Mark Cruth, the “Team Doctor” from Detroit, to speak at our keynote address! Mark is an Atlassian Modern Work Expert & Evangelist and backed by experience leading work transformations at massive enterprises. Trundl is honored to have him on board, and I love to energy & passion Mark has brought to every interaction. More to come about Mark, but we’ve got to keep you in suspense, right?

Our DevOps and Agile tracks are producing some creative and valuable sessions. For instance, we’re excited to have Rina Nir of Radbee leading a session on DevOps in Life Sciences, and Chad Gallant of E3 Advisory Services is bringing Agile concepts “home” for folks new to the concept. And of course we’re getting sessions from Agile Hive, Jexo (+Agile Project Management tools Foxly & Swanly), Release Team, Salto (Configuration Dependencies) and many more!

Test Case Management is growing need in the Atlassian community, and showing up at JiraCon22! Last year’s presenting sponsor Xray and new sponsor Qmetry are going to lead sessions. From previous experience… these will be well attended. If you have testing challenges, you need to talk to these folks at JiraCon22.

There’s also the highly practical, core time/effort saving app developers coming to the show. Obviously Appfire is presenting and is behind the Bob Swift apps, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions, BigPicture, Time to SLA, and more. We also have Thorsten Letschert and Decadis back! Their Space Tools Pro app for Confluence for centralizing content management (great ratings) is great.

JXL is still to this day one of my favorites from last year… they are back as well (thank you Daniel Franz!) If you haven’t seen their app letting you manage cross project issues in the form of a powerful spreadsheet… just see it. Let’s not forget Appfox and their Optimizer for Jira (an Administrator’s best friend).

Atlassian is stepping up too! If you attend JiraCon22, you can get chances to connect with Simon Herd, Bryan Lim, Ananth Radhakrishnan, Ian Buchanan and more! Other names you know? Ed Gaile from the Atlanta ACE is covering Automation, and Rachel Wright and Rodney Nissen are back to speak too!

More news to coming at the End of July!
