As the Brand Manager, you will have the opportunity to support domestic Sales and Marketing team in creating campaigns and promoting the Trundl brand. This role will involve a lot of teamwork, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The ability to handle complex relationships and work in a team environment is a key requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Go-to person for marketing in the India region.
- Create the marketing roadmap for India.
- Research and identify new market promotion opportunities.
- Ideate, pull crowds to Trundl web assets with campaigns.
- Run growth focused campaigns – webinars, social, physical events, paid advertisements.
- Help increase web traffic to website with digital campaigns.
- Track and report performance for campaigns and overall improvements.
- Work with engineering, product, and project management teams to identify opportunities to run campaigns and promote Trundl services and products.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
- Preferably, MBA in Marketing.
- Successful track record in B2B marketing and campaigns.
- Experience with CRM software (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to deliver presentations, handle webinars.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
