Campaign Manager (India)

As the Campaign Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the domestic Sales and Marketing team in creating campaigns and promoting the Trundl brand. This role will involve a lot of teamwork, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. The ability to handle complex relationships and work in a team environment is a key requirement.


  • Run brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
  • Help increase organic/paid traffic to the website with various digital campaigns.
  • Maintain consistent form-fills through various campaign activities.
  • Research, identify, and suggest new promotion opportunities.
  • Ideate and pull crowds to the Trundl web assets with campaigns.
  • Set up and optimize the campaign spend for better results.
  • Execute campaigns end-to-end and report their performance.
  • Continually monitor campaigns spend and clicks.
  • Research/identify relevant keywords, their budget, and segment audiences.
  • Set goals, track conversions, and optimize for conversion.
  • Suggest changes to the landing pages to optimize conversion.
  • Conduct A/B, multivariate testing to improve the performance of campaigns.
  • Track and report the performance of campaigns and make overall improvements.



  • Full-time graduation in any discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in a B2B environment.
  • Successful track record in B2B marketing and campaigns.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands on experience with PPC campaigns, Google AdWords Search and Display.
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
