Information Technology Analyst/Manager – India

As an IT Analyst/Manager, you will be responsible for the overall administration of the IT infrastructure and services. You will design and implement security systems to protect organization’s computer networks from cyber-attacks and help set and maintain security standards.


  • Define, document, and implement organization-wide IT policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of the administration of Office 365/Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Manage, support, and provide technical expertise for all Office 365 applications.
  • Continuously assess organizational needs and implement cost-effective IT solutions.
  • Plan, develop, and deploy strategy for endpoint management and BYOD services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend new products, technologies, roadmaps, strategies, and future trends in client-facing Windows hardware and software, as well as potential areas for process improvement.
  • Monitor computer networks for security issues.
  • Run routine security audits and address findings as needed.
  • Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.
  • Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
  • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management.
  • Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.


  • Subject matter expertise in Azure and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy to manage enterprise environment.
  • Ability to work independently and research/resolve technical issues and solutions.
  • Proven understanding of PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and analyze data.
  • Extensive knowledge of computer systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of data communication security procedures.
  • Documenting processes and security procedures.
  • Providing information security-related training to teams.
  • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field is required.
  • MBA in information systems (desirable)
  • 5-10 years of experience in building, supporting, and deploying enterprise infrastructure.
