About the role:
Currently, we’re looking for an Account Advisor – RevOps who will help in the
Procurement domain for Trundl. This is a very dynamic role wherein a lot of liaising would
be required with the Key stakeholders across Trundl’s channel partner licensing & sales team
POCs, customers, internal support team, external vendors, etc. You’ll learn new things with us,
get recognized for your efforts, and acquire skills that will enrich your perspective in the career
ahead.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate responsible to assist in all aspects of the Revenue Operations
(Procurement) Team. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that
all procurement and software licensing requirements are met with proper deadlines, and
schedules are on track.
As the Account Advisor, you will be a hands-on contributor and will partner with all parts
of Trundl’s Revenue Operations & License Procurement teams to ensure seamless customer &
channel sales experience in license sales closures, whilst also complementing the Sales
team on data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end software license procurement activities and Sales operations
- Coordinate with customers, channel partner contacts, the Sales team,
and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth licensing operations. - Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and
provide timely support. Build and maintain effective working relationships with
customers across assigned regions. - Manage individual and regional customer account operations efficiently
while maintaining service quality. Serve as main point of contact on all licensing & sales
operations related queries. - Support process improvements and operational excellence within the licensing
function. - Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency in all licensing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in software license procurement.
- Prior exposure with license procurement in SaaS or solution partner business
environments is preferred. - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work effectively alongside multiple regional teams and time zones.
- Understanding of regional customer engagement and operational coordination is an
added advantage.

- Selected candidates will support either AMER or APAC customers based on business
