Four steps. Clear at every stage.

Most candidates move from first conversation to offer within three to four weeks.

Screening.

A twenty to thirty minute conversation with our People Experience team or the hiring manager. Some roles include a short online assessment after this step.

Interview and assignment.

One or more interview rounds depending on the role. Most include a take-home or live assignment that mirrors real Trundl work, not a puzzle test.

Offer and verification.

We discuss compensation, scope, and start date. Background verification runs in parallel and follows local privacy law.

Welcome to Trundl.

Onboarding starts before day one. You meet your pod, your buddy, and your first project. By week two, you are shipping.
