Account Executive / Enterprise Sales Manager – APAC

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are expanding our APAC sales team to support strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, enterprise account growth, and increased revenue opportunities across the region.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive / Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the APAC region. This role will focus on expanding strategic and growth accounts, generating new business opportunities, managing enterprise sales cycles, and strengthening customer and partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions, managing complex enterprise deals, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to achieve regional business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Business Development

· Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across assigned APAC territories.

· Identify, develop, and close opportunities related to Atlassian solutions, ITSM, cloud migration, enterprise service management, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

· Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value and expansion opportunities.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and GTM programs.

Account Management & Customer Engagement

· Manage and grow relationships with strategic and enterprise customers across the region.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning Trundl’s solutions to their objectives.

· Improve customer engagement responsiveness and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

· Collaborate with delivery, solution consulting, and customer success teams to support successful customer outcomes.

Pipeline Generation & Sales Execution

· Drive pipeline generation activities to improve opportunity creation and conversion rates.

· Manage complex sales cycles, including qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.

· Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.

· Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.

Partner & GTM Collaboration

· Support and execute regional Go-To-Market initiatives aligned with APAC business objectives.

· Collaborate closely with Atlassian and other strategic ecosystem partners to identify co-sell opportunities.

· Participate in regional marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives to drive demand generation.

Strategic Contribution

· Increase market coverage across strategic and growth accounts within APAC.

· Support operational scalability and regional expansion plans.

· Contribute insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy.

· Help reduce dependency risks by effectively managing and expanding enterprise opportunities across the region.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, IT services, or technology solution sales.

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.

· Experience managing enterprise and strategic accounts across APAC markets.

· Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working within the Atlassian ecosystem.

· Knowledge of ITSM, cloud migration, DevOps, Agile, enterprise service management, or AI transformation solutions.

· Experience collaborating with channel partners and executing partner-led sales motions.

· Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
