Solution Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Solution Portfolio Manager to define, evolve, and scale Trundl’s portfolio of solutions across AI, customer service, application development, and cloud/platform migrations. You will work closely with the Global Head of Software & Solutions and cross-functional teams to turn recurring customer needs into repeatable, outcome-focused solutions that drive growth and delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and evolve Trundl’s solution portfolio, including AI, customer service, application development, and cloud/platform migration offerings

· Define and refine solution offerings, use cases, and value propositions

· Identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, and areas for investment

· Support solution roadmaps, pricing, and packaging decisions

· Partner with Sales and Marketing on launches, campaigns, and demand generation

· Develop solution messaging, positioning, and sales enablement assets

· Support proposals, presentations, and internal solution training

· Work directly with customers and prospects through discovery, interviews, and workshops

· Analyze delivery feedback, win/loss data, and market signals to inform improvements

· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Solution Architects, Delivery, Managed Services, and Engineering

· Represent Trundl in customer meetings, partner sessions, webinars, and industry events

Qualifications & Skills:

· 5–10 years of relevant experience in solution, portfolio, offering, or product management, or a similar role

· Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem

· Background in developing, packaging, commercializing, or managing solution offerings

· Experience working directly with customers and supporting go-to-market and sales enablement efforts

· Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills

· Experience collaborating across technical, consulting, sales, and marketing teams

· Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience at an Atlassian Solution Partner or consulting/professional services organization

· Experience with solution management, offering management, or product management in a B2B context

· Familiarity with Healthcare Technology and/or High-Tech Manufacturing

· Experience with AI-enabled business solutions

· Familiarity with monday.com and/or Microsoft ecosystems

Compensation: $125-150k CAD
