What I Learned as Our monday.com Setup Evolved With Our Team
When we first adopted monday.com, I set it up myself and it worked beautifully. It was intuitive, highly visual, and gave us the flexibility to move fast. We built our boards, launched campaigns, managed approvals, and everything flowed.
