- How is Trundl’s AMS different from Atlassian Support?
Trundl is hands-on when it comes to applying and advising on best practices for your use case(s). Atlassian’s hands-off support focuses on high impact issues (P0/P1) and does not include configuration support unique to your instance. Our team can work with your team directly on your instance as if we were part of your Admin team.
- Does this service replace my Atlassian Admin?
No! Most of our AMS customers have at least one Atlassian Admin. This is a partnership. We participate in strategic discussions and schedule and lead status meetings where priorities and backlogs are addressed. The more you open your doors, the more we can help.
- What is my contractual commitment to Trundl if I choose AMS?
AMS contracts include a 12-month minimum, but also allows for mid-contract changes if the budget or workloads change. It’s flexible and adaptable at the pace of your business. The monthly hours range from 20-160 hours per month.
- What kinds of IT teams choose AMS?
