Database Opt-Out

If you prefer that we do not store any data on you, we have provided a procedure that allows you to remove any records of yourself currently and thereafter. In order to “opt out,” you can ask us to delete any records by simply sending us an email at asking us to do so. If you do so, please provide your name and email address, and we will use best efforts to remove all records of you from our database. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining products or services for personal, family or household use are entitled to request and obtain from us once-a-calendar-year information about the customer information we shared, if any, with other businesses for their own direct marketing uses. If applicable, this information would include the categories of customer information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g. requests made in 2023 will receive information regarding the sharing activities done in 2022).
