Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes, you might need to cancel or reschedule your enrolment in a training program. Here is our policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation by Participant: If you decide to cancel your enrolment in the course, please notify us at least 7 business days before the start date of the course to receive a refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made upto 3 business days of the course start date will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the ticket amount. Also, an administration fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 3 days till course commencement. Please understand that we as training partner buy your seat from Atlassian and if you do not show up for the course, we cannot assign the same to someone else.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a cancellation and refund request, please contact our support team at training@trundl.com with your enrolment details including your email, course name and scheduled date.
We’ll guide you through the process and assist you in accordance with our policy.
Please note that all refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
