- How is Trundl’s Managed Services different from support tiers provided by Atlassian, monday, or Microsoft?
Trundl supports YOUR unique configuration and integrations within YOUR SaaS took stack. This service is hands-on, and provides best practices for your way of working through your tool stack. Platforms like Atlassian, monday and Microsoft handle high impact issues (P0/P1) only. Our team works along side your Administrators on a regular basis.
- Does this service replace our IT Administration team?
It’s possible, but we do not recommend it! All of our managed service customers have at least one tool administrator, even if they are not fully dedicated to the role. This is a partnership. We participate in strategic discussions and schedule and lead status meetings where priorities and backlogs are addressed. The more you open your doors, the more we can help.
- What is my contractual commitment to Managed Services with Trundl?
Managed Services contracts include a 12-month minimum, but also allow for mid-contract changes if the budget or workloads change. It’s flexible and adaptable at the pace of your business. The monthly hours range from 20-160 hours per month.
- What kinds of IT teams opt for Managed Services?
