• Collaborate and Negotiate: Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers on new projects, supplies, and initiatives. Advise on the impact of changes on purchasing and production activities.
• Market Awareness: Stay current with changes affecting the supply and demand of products and materials. Communicate any potential impacts to relevant parties.
• Risk Management: Attend meetings to update stakeholders on issues or concerns, particularly those that could impact the organization’s ability to meet customer demands or manage capacity.
• Support Product Changes: Evaluate product change requests and communicate their impact on capacity plans. Ensure any changes align with production capabilities.
• Supplier Relationships: Build, maintain, and manage relationships with suppliers. Ensure clear and effective communication.
